6 Collagen Smoothies To Try This Week


The humble smoothie: one of the easiest ways to create a nutrient dense meal in minutes. The CILK Beauty team have put together some of our favourite variations of smoothies using our DAILY RADIANCE collagen, to help ignite your true glow from within. 

 

Cacao Coconut

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 2 scoops chocolate flavoured vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 a cup of frozen coconut chunks
  • 1/2 a cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • dash of water, until smoothie reaches desired consistency

 

Peanut Butter, Banana & Cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 2 scoops vanilla or peanut butter flavoured vegan protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 a cup of ice
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • dash of water, until smoothie reaches desired consistency

 

Antioxidant Berry

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla or berry protein powder
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice
  • teaspoon of honey, stevia or 1-2 dates
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • dash of water, until smoothie reaches desired consistency

 

Tropical Mango

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 2 scoops vanilla or tropical flavoured vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • dash of water, until smoothie reaches desired consistency

 

Daily Greens

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 a cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoons greens powder of choice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 a cup of water, or until smoothie reaches desired consistency

Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons CILK DAILY RADIANCE collagen
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate flavoured vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 a cup of water, or until smoothie reaches desired consistency

Method for each: 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
