Coconut & Vanilla Collagen Chia Pudding

  • 1 cup coconut milk*
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp CILK Beauty DAILY RADIANCE Collagen Powder
  • Berries of choice (frozen or fresh) to serve
  • shredded coconut or nuts of choice, to serve

* We suggest using coconut milk for drinking, from the milk substitute section of your supermarket, not the tinned variety for cooking. 


1. Add milk, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon and chia seeds and collagen powder to a Maison jar and stir well to combine. Cover and place in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).

2. Once set, serve with berries and coconut or nuts of choice
