- ½ cup raw shelled hemp seeds, almonds, macadamias or cashews
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons date syrup (or 2 pitted medjool dates)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Using a standard blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer and store in the fridge for 2-4 days.
