DIY Nut Milk



  • ½ cup raw shelled hemp seeds, almonds, macadamias or cashews
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons date syrup (or 2 pitted medjool dates)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  • Using a standard blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour through a fine mesh strainer and store in the fridge for 2-4 days.
