Three Ingredient Banana Pancakes

These nourishing three ingredient pancakes are quick, easy and delicious - without any sugar, gluten or dairy. A perfect way to start your morning or a lazy dinner. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and in season fruit. 
Serves 1 (Double the recipe to serve two.)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 tbsp self-raising flour (can swap to gluten free self-raising flour if need)



1. Mash banana in a medium bowl. Whisk in egg and flour until smooth. 

2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 

3. Pour batter into the pan and cook on each side until golden brown. Serve immediately.
