How do I use the rose extract?
Drop 5-10 drops into a glass of filtered or sparkling water and enjoy immediately. CILK Beauty's Rose Extract can also be used in smoothies, juice, cocktails, elixirs and rose infused dishes and desserts. 


What are your serving suggestions?
You only need to use a very small amount, but be guided by your senses for preference of strength. We suggest 2.5-5ml (approx 5- 10 drops) for a standard glass size of rose water.


What is the expiry/shelf life?
The expiry/shelf life of our current batch is July 2022.


How do I store my rose extract?
Please store in a cool location, out of direct sunlight.


I’m pregnant and or planning to breastfeed, can I consume the rose extract?
CILK Beauty always recommends consulting your healthcare professional before using.


Do your products contain any animal products, are they tested on animals?
CILK Beauty's rose extract is vegan and NOT tested on animals. Our products are also gluten and lactose free.


Are your products Halal?
Yes.


What is your return policy?
Our product in non-refundable. If your package and the contents have been damaged in transit, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at hello@cilkbeauty.co with your order number and attach an image of your damaged package and contents.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. If we haven't already shipped the order we may be able to modify it.

CILK Beauty offers free standard shipping for orders over $100.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $10 and takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery in real time with our courier partners.

Anywhere else in the world

Standard shipping is $10 and takes approximately 10-14 days.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
